You’re invited to apply for our exciting pilot programme designed for people who want to heal divisions and find long term solutions for the issues they care about.
If you want to improve your community, country or even the world, and move away from the type of ‘them-and-us’ thinking that divides us and undermines lasting success, we want to hear from you!
Built around the transformative power of small groups, the programme is a unique opportunity to explore the connection between what goes on in our minds and the state of the world, and to develop strategies and practices that can transform both you as an individual and the impact of your work.
It’s going to be challenging but rewarding and we’ll support and guide you every step of the way.

I absolutely loved it and didn’t want it to end each night. It was an incredible bunch of people, there were lots of interesting characters and I loved how engaged everyone was.
I would never normally have been in a room with these people and that was huge for me. The fact that people were from different backgrounds made me think in different ways. It really challenged me on how to respond to people who have got different views.
I loved all of it, especially the mix of people and it felt like we really bonded as a group. It was a very well facilitated space for us to reflect together. I’m now more committed to breaking up my own bubble and thinking more about other people’s perspectives.
